Coordinate and support the hotel’s Sales & Marketing team in managing client relationships, handling inquiries, and ensuring seamless execution of room bookings, events, and group business. This role plays a key part in driving revenue through efficient coordination and exceptional client servicing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and rate agreements for corporate, travel agents, and event clients
- Handle inquiries for rooms, banquets, and events; ensure timely follow-ups and conversions
- Coordinate with departments such as Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, and F&B for smooth execution of bookings and events
- Maintain and update client databases, sales reports, and booking records
- Assist the sales team in achieving room and banquet revenue targets
- Support site inspections, client visits, and familiarization (FAM) trips
- Ensure all booking details, event requirements, and guest preferences are communicated accurately
- Monitor group bookings, rooming lists, and event schedules
- Handle billing coordination and documentation related to sales accounts
- Stay updated on hotel promotions, packages, and competitor activity
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education & Experience:
- Graduate in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field
- Prior experience in hotel sales coordination or reservations preferred
- Freshers with relevant internship experience may be considered
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and client servicing skills
- Excellent coordination and multitasking ability
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS systems (preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi/Marathi is an advantage
