Academic Delivery & Curriculum Planning:
Develop and execute engaging, age-appropriate daily lesson plans across core subjects.
Integrate experiential learning, storytelling, arts and crafts, and educational games to make concepts tangible.
Ensure the foundational development of literacy (phonics, reading, writing) and numeracy skills.
Classroom Management & Student Well-being:
Establish a warm, safe, structured, and inclusive classroom culture.
Monitor and support the emotional, social, and physical development of each child.
Manage transitions between activities smoothly to maintain student focus and engagement.
Assessment & Evaluation:
Conduct ongoing formative and informal assessments to track individual student progress.
Maintain detailed records of student portfolios, anecdotal records, and developmental milestones.
Identify students who need remedial support or advanced enrichment and differentiate instruction accordingly.
Parent Communication & Collaboration:
Act as the primary point of contact for parents regarding their child’s academic progress and behavioral development.
Conduct constructive Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and share regular, detailed updates.
Collaborate with co-teachers, subject specialists (Art, Music, PE), and school counselors to support student success.
