We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Salesman to join our property firm. The primary responsibility for this role involves direct outdoor marketing and sales through a company-provided standee banner.
Important Note: This is an outdoor sales role. Candidates must be comfortable setting up, managing, and standing near the promotional standee to attract and engage with potential property buyers. Only apply if you are ready for this specific requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up the company property standee at designated high-traffic locations.
- Approaching passersby, pitching the property projects, and generating leads.
- Explaining property features, pricing, and benefits to interested customers.
- Collecting contact details of potential buyers and sharing them with the sales team.
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work with a standee outdoors.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence to approach and talk to new people.
- Prior experience in sales or marketing is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply.
- Must be disciplined, punctual, and hardworking.

- Fixed monthly salary of ₹10,000.
