Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to manage stock movement and optimize logistics operations. This role is responsible for coordinating inventory transfers between warehouses and customers, ensuring timely delivery while minimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate stock transfers between multiple warehouses and customer locations
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock availability across all locations
Plan and execute logistics operations to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries
Source and obtain quotes from multiple logistics vendors to secure cost-effective solutions
Negotiate pricing and service terms with transport providers
Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues or delays
Maintain records of inventory movements, shipping costs, and vendor performance
Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and customer service teams to streamline operations
Identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs and improve delivery timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven knowledge of inventory management and logistics operations
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to analyze costs and optimize transportation efficiency
Experience working with multiple vendors and negotiating quotes
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in inventory or ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse coordination
Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS)
Basic understanding of supply chain optimization and cost control
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
