Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Interior Designer with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team in Kharadi, Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate projects from concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and client presentations.
- Prepare space planning layouts, furniture layouts, and detailed working drawings.
- Create accurate 2D drawings and high-quality 3D visualizations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure designs are executed as per approved drawings.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), project estimates, and material specifications.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in residential interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of modular furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, and interior detailing.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, hardware, and on-site execution.
- Excellent space planning, visualization, and presentation skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
