imagine.bo is building the world's largest distribution layer of agentic AI for SMBs and we're scaling it through a network of DSA (Direct Selling Agent) firms, targeting 50,000+ engaged sellers anchored to a lending-DSA ecosystem.
About the Role
The Partner Success Manager owns the health, productivity, and growth of our partner channel — turning newly onboarded DSA firms into consistently producing distribution engines. As we build out the largest agentic-AI distribution layer for SMBs, this role is the connective tissue between our partner network and the sellers who reach the ground.
This is a relationship-and-numbers role. You will manage a portfolio of partner firms the way a banking regional head manages a cluster of branches: drive activation, monitor productivity metrics, run reviews, troubleshoot underperformance, and compound output month over month.
What You'll Own
- Activation and ramp-up of onboarded DSA partner firms to first sale and steady-state production
- Portfolio-level productivity: sellers engaged, leads generated, conversions, revenue per partner
- Monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) with partner leadership
- Identifying and rescuing at-risk / dormant partners before churn
- Coaching partner sales teams on imagine.bo's pitch, pricing tiers, and closing scripts
- Feeding field intelligence back into product, pricing, and enablement
- Hitting territory targets on active sellers and partner-sourced revenue
Who You Are
- 8–15 years in channel, distribution, or partner-facing roles
- Strong fit: former banking Regional/Cluster/Area Sales Manager who ran a network of branches, DSAs, or franchisees against hard targets
- Proven record managing a distributed salesforce you don't directly employ — through influence, incentives, and rhythm rather than authority
- Comfortable with productivity dashboards, funnel metrics, and incentive/commission structures
- Strong at structured reviews, performance conversations, and partner relationship-building
- Willing to travel; field-oriented, not desk-bound
Bonus
- Experience with lending DSA networks, BFSI distribution, or SMB sales
- Exposure to SaaS, fintech, or digital product distribution
You should have done something similar
- Bank Regional/Cluster Heads (Retail/Liabilities/Assets) — HDFC, ICICI, Axis, Kotak, IDFC First. They've run branch clusters and DSA networks against targets — the closest analog to managing a partner portfolio.
- BFSI DSA/Channel Managers — people who specifically managed DSA networks for home loans, personal loans, or credit cards (most directly transferable, given your HDFC lending-DSA anchor).
- Insurance Agency/Partner Managers — LIC, HDFC Life, Max — managed large distributed agent forces on activation and persistency metrics.
- NBFC Area Sales Managers — Bajaj Finserv, Tata Capital — ran feet-on-street and partner-led distribution.
- Telecom/FMCG Distributor Managers — managed third-party distributors on activation, throughput, and ROI; same channel-management muscle.
- B2B SaaS Channel/Partnership Managers — if you want product-fluency over pure distribution chops.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
