What You'll Do (Role Responsibilities): As a Business Development Associate, you will be instrumental in expanding our reach and ensuring a seamless experience for our users. Your core responsibilities will include: ● Sales & Business Development: Actively contribute to sales targets by cold calling potential users to book and conduct product demos online (via Google Meet, Teams, Zoho Meet). You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to revenue conversion. ● Direct Candidate Engagement: Interacting directly with job seekers through calls and messages to understand their unique profiles, career aspirations, and job preferences. ● Platform Guidance: Guiding candidates comprehensively through the features and benefits of our AI-powered interview platform. ● Job Matching: Assisting in matching job seekers to relevant and suitable job openings that align with their skills and goals. ● End-to-End Support: Providing continuous, high-quality support to candidates throughout their entire hiring journey, from initial contact to successful placement. ● Customer Feedback & Retention: Gathering valuable customer feedback to inform product improvements and implementing strategies for long-term customer retention. Compensation, Benefits & Performance Model: Competitive Salary: Up to 7.2 LPA post a successful 1 month probation period. Probation Period Compensation: During your 1 month probation, you will receive a salary of up to 3.6 LPA INR - fixed + Variable. Office Work: This is a full-time, permanent work from office position, allowing you to work from anywhere in India. Immediate Joining: We're looking for candidates who can start right away. A single sale in a day secures your attendance for that day. ● Flexible Activity Points: In the absence of a sale, daily activity is tracked via a flexible point system based on candidate engagement (e.g., 30 minutes of talk time or 1 meeting of 45+ minutes equals 1 point). ● Benchmarks: A full day is benchmarked at 5 points, and a half-day at 3 points. ● Flexible Compensation: Extra points earned on high-activity days are automatically used to compensate for days with lower activity, ensuring you are rewarded for all your work.
