Job Summary
We are looking for a CRM Manager to manage customer relationships, ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams, handle post-sales activities, and deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the property buying journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Operations teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up on documentation, payments, and customer requirements.
- Share project updates and ensure smooth post-sales support.
- Generate CRM reports and maintain customer data.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of CRM or customer service experience (Real Estate preferred).
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused with strong organizational skills.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
