Job Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for handling student enquiries, guiding potential candidates about our teacher training programs, and converting leads into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads and admission enquiries efficiently
- Connect with prospective students through calls and follow-ups
- Provide detailed information about teacher training diploma programs
- Support students throughout the admission process
- Maintain accurate lead updates in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, admissions, or business development preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Experience in EdTech or inside sales will be an added advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
