Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrator at Hive Montessori School in Chennai. The Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, including handling finance and maintaining books, Material requests management, managing records and documents, coordinating schedules and planning and organising events with management, building maintenance coordination, vendor coordination and Purchase on day to day basis.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in computer software and systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in administration or related field is preferred
- Accounting software knowledge
