Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive HR Executive with experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee relations, and blue-collar recruitment. The ideal candidate will support HR operations across multiple sites, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll & Compliance
- Coordinate with Site Supervisors and HR representatives to collect and update employee joining and attendance data.
- Prepare and process monthly PF and ESIC challans.
- Manage payroll operations and ensure timely salary processing.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across sites.
- Maintain employee master records and HR documentation accurately.
HR Operations
- Prepare and maintain Employee MIS reports for management review and decision-making.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflict resolution.
- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures across locations.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage recruitment and onboarding activities for blue-collar workforce requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and site teams to fulfill manpower requirements efficiently.
Employee Engagement
- Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- Support workplace safety, diversity, and inclusion programs.
- Foster open communication and employee well-being across teams.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of payroll processing, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
