Position: Lead Generation Executive
Position Overview:
Lead Generation Executive will be directly working with the business team and take the ownership of
generating new leads for the business, aim to maximise the potential from each interaction with
excellence and upbeat outlook in line with organization’s core values and ethics. You should be able
to close sales and meet targets. In addition, the lead generation executive will convert outbound
dialling leads into qualified appointments, and pass these leads on to the relevant team to make sure
that the client will have the best possible experience. This position grows into Sr. Lead Generation
Executive/ Assistant Manager level as individual demonstrate calibre and adds value to business
and associated stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities: Communicating with customers, making outbound calls and emails to potential customers, and
following up on leads. To work closely with the business team to ensure leads are generated within various business
sectors. Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers. To achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided. To be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business To deal with clients in a professional manner at all times aligned to our brand values. To ensure service is prompt, polite and professional standards are kept. Route qualified leads to outside sales teams by initiating appointments.
Secondary Responsibilities: Researching and qualifying new leads. Keeping up with product and service information and updates. Upselling products and services. To assist with other departments as required
Education and Experience:
Prior experience of 1 to 3 years in B2B sales would be highly preferable and catering to hyper- growth
organization is relevant. He/ She should be highly organized in planning and willing to develop new
skills to upbring the growth of the self in the organization. A positive approach to objection handling is
essential. In addition to the above main responsibilities, the Lead Generation Executive will be
required to undertake any other task, deemed to be appropriate to the job role.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
