The Senior Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving business targets by coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales teams, and internal departments
Sales Coordination
- Coordinate daily sales operations and support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
- Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and related documentation.
- Track inquiries, leads, and opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Customer Relationship Management
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, delivery schedules, and documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and support after-sales coordination.
Sales Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and provide updates to management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer visits, and order status.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports for management review.
Order Processing & Documentation
- Coordinate with finance, logistics, and operations teams for smooth order execution.
- Ensure proper documentation for order processing, invoicing, and delivery.
- Monitor pending orders and follow up for timely dispatch and payment collection.
Inventory & Product Coordination
- Coordinate with the parts and service departments regarding equipment availability.
- Monitor stock status and communicate product availability to the sales team.
- Assist in planning demonstrations, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Team Support
- Guide and support Sales Coordinators and junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes and policies.
- Assist management in implementing sales strategies and business plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP/CRM systems.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, preferably in construction equipment, heavy machinery, or automotive industries.
- Experience with LiuGong, construction equipment, or dealership operations will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
