Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and following up on marketing-generated leads.
- Property Showcasing: Schedule and conduct property viewings, site visits, and open houses to provide prospective buyers with detailed project information.
- Client Advisory: Understand specific client requirements (budget, location, features) and offer tailored real estate solutions and market insights.
- Deal Negotiation & Closing: Manage the entire sales process, including price negotiations, payment plan discussions, and finalizing sales contracts.
- Documentation Support: Oversee the preparation and signing of vital documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts to ensure legal compliance.
- CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date client records, track deal stages, and log all communication in CRM software like Salesforce or Zoho.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term connections with clients to encourage repeat business and organic referrals.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Good communication skills
- 2 years of relevant experience in sales or a related field
