Hiring:Senior Project Manager-US Construction Projects
Location: Gurgaon (100% Work from Office)
Experience: 7–12 Years (Up to 16–17 years can be considered if within budget)
Salary: ₹12–25 LPA
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and support large-scale US Construction Projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in construction project management, team leadership, and working with US-based construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage construction projects from planning to successful completion.
Handle change orders, submittals, project coordination, and documentation.
Lead, mentor, and supervise project teams.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Conduct project meetings and provide regular project status updates.
Maintain project records, quality standards, and project controls.
Ensure timely project delivery while meeting quality standards.
Collaborate with international teams supporting US construction projects.
Required Qualifications
7–12 years of overall experience in Construction Project Management.
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on construction project management experience.
Proven experience managing end-to-end construction projects.
Minimum 4–5 years of team handling or supervisory experience.
Exposure to the US construction industry.
Hands-on experience with:
Revit
Navisworks
Bluebeam
Procore
MS Office
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Stable career history with at least 2 years in each organization.
Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech (Engineering)
B.Arch
MS in Construction Management
