- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and performance through collaborative initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system updates.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Experience with cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in distributed computing environments.
- Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to diagnose complex issues.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline support tasks.
- Knowledge of data integration and pipeline orchestration within cloud ecosystems.
