Holiday Consultant must help clients plan and book the perfect vacation. Design custom itineraries, recommend destinations, and secure travel arrangements like flights, hotels, and tours tailored to a client's preferences and budget.
:Core Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Understand clients' travel desires, budget, and travel dates.
- Itinerary Planning: Research and design customized travel plans, including sightseeing, activities, and dining.
- Booking & Reservations: Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and transport providers.
- Customer Support: Answer inquiries, process payments, and assist clients while they are traveling.
- Sales & Marketing: Follow up on leads and promote seasonal or specialized holiday packages to hit sales targets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and vendors.
- Destination Knowledge: Strong familiarity with popular domestic and international tourist destinations.
- Sales Ability: Proven ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with online reservation systems, booking engines, and itinerary-building software.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
