Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural design projects across all phases (concept, schematic, detailed design, and execution)
- Develop innovative design concepts aligned with client requirements and project goals
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and specifications
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Conduct site visits and monitor progress to ensure design intent is maintained
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets effectively
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design discussions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum 6–10 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and other design tools
- Excellent knowledge of construction details and materials
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
