Job Title: Site Inspection & Maintenance Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a sincere, hardworking, and responsible Site Inspection & Maintenance fresher candidate to support our construction and maintenance operations. The candidate will regularly visit project sites, inspect completed and ongoing work, identify issues, coordinate with contractors, and ensure proper maintenance and quality standards are followed.
This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are willing to learn and grow in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit construction and maintenance sites daily.
- Inspect ongoing and completed work for quality and safety.
- Identify defects, damages, or maintenance requirements.
- Take site photographs and prepare inspection reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and vendors.
- Follow up to ensure maintenance issues are resolved on time.
- Monitor material usage and report shortages or wastage.
- Ensure work complies with company standards and instructions.
- Maintain daily site visit records and submit reports.
- Report project progress to the management.
- Assist in emergency maintenance when required.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness at project sites.
Requirements
- Diploma/ITI/PUC/Any Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction or civil work is preferred.
- Good observation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use smartphones for photos, WhatsApp, and Google Maps.
- Basic MS Excel and Word knowledge is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to multiple sites within the city.

Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday

Performance Expectations
