Job Title: Cafe Manager (Operations & Sales) – Meal2heal
We are looking for a smart, active, and responsible candidate to manage the day-to-day operations of our Meal2heal café.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth functioning
Manage and coordinate with staff to maintain efficiency
Ensure all meals are prepared and delivered on time
Handle sales and improve customer experience
Maintain daily records of sales, income, and expenses
Keep track of inventory and overall café management
Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and timely execution of all tasks
Requirements:
Good communication and leadership skills
Basic understanding of sales and operations
Responsible, organized, and proactive attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage a team
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the café like a manager and ensure everything runs smoothly on a daily basis.
Salary & Incentives:
₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)
Performance-based incentives on sales
Opportunity for salary growth based on performance
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
