Job Title: Quality Analyst (International BPO)
Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata
Shift: Fixed UK Shift (2:30 PM – 11:30 PM)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and evaluate international voice calls.
- Strong Knowledge of Wave Pad or similar software.
- Monitor quality, compliance, and agent performance.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and quality reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of QA experience in an International BPO.
- Hands-on experience in call auditing
- Knowledge of Wave Pad or equivalent tools.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- -Kolkata-based candidates only.
Preferred: Experience in international voice processes and QA metrics
