About the Role
Moonlight Placement Services is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with strong experience in Blue Collar Recruitment to handle bulk hiring requirements for one of our large and established clients.
This is a 100% Work From Home opportunity, but the candidate must be highly proactive, target-oriented, and capable of sourcing candidates independently.
Key Requirement – Own Candidate Database
The ideal candidate must have their own active candidate database / recruitment network for blue-collar hiring.
Candidates who depend only on job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Apna, etc. and do not have their own candidate network are not preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit blue-collar candidates through your own database and network.
- Handle bulk recruitment requirements.
- Make candidate calls and conduct initial screening.
- Coordinate interviews and joining formalities.
- Maintain daily recruitment reports and candidate status.
- Ensure candidates join as per the client's requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably blue-collar hiring.
- Strong existing candidate database/network.
- Experience in bulk hiring is highly preferred.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with daily recruitment targets.
- Experience handling recruitment for large clients / high-volume requirements will be an advantage.
Blue-Collar Hiring Experience Preferred
Experience recruiting candidates such as:
Helpers | Housekeeping Staff | Kitchen Staff | Waiters | Counter Staff | Packing Staff | Delivery Staff | Factory Workers | Other Blue-Collar Manpower
