Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Merchandiser to support our merchandising team in managing orders, coordinating with factories, and ensuring timely delivery of garments.
Work Timing:
- This role requires working in US time zone (Night Shift in India)
- Typical shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (can vary based on buyer requirements)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling buyer orders from development to shipment
- Coordinate with production, fabric, and sourcing teams
- Follow up on sampling, approvals, and bulk production
- Maintain order tracking and T&A (Time & Action) plans
- Ensure quality, timelines, and buyer requirements are met
- Support costing, PO management, and documentation
- Communicate with international buyers and internal teams
Requirements:
- 0–2 years experience in garment merchandising (Freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of apparel production processes
- Willingness to work in night shift (US timing)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of knitwear / innerwear / export orders
- Understanding of fabric sourcing and trims
