We are seeking an experienced Finance Consultant to support ERP implementations and financial process optimization. This role demands strong accounting knowledge and expertise in ERP systems—ideally Odoo.
- Implement and configure financial modules in Odoo or other ERP systems.
- Understand client business needs and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Provide functional support, training, and documentation.
- Work closely with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
- Assist clients with accounting, reporting, and financial workflows.
- 4+ years of experience as a Finance/ERP Consultant.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial operations.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo Accounting or other ERP platforms.
- Ability to conduct requirement gathering and client workshops.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
