Role Overview
The Key Account Management Intern will play a critical role in ensuring smooth service delivery and
operational excellence for our commercial clients. This position involves close collaboration with the
Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams tomanage client accounts, coordinate operational tasks,
support invoicing workflows, and maintain high service standards. This internship provides hands-on
experience across multiple business functions and is ideal for someone looking to build a strong
foundation in operations, client service, and account management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Operational Coordination - Monitor and track pending service jobs, coordinate technician visits,
maintain job records, and support timely escalation resolution to ensure smooth service delivery.
2. Key Account Data Management - Maintain and update all key account records including installations,
uninstallations, device movements, and billing to ensure accurate data and seamless client servicing.
3. Invoicing & Finance Coordination - Assist with preparing accurate invoices, coordinating with Finance
for updates, reconciling payment details, and ensuring all billing aligns with agreed commercial terms.
4. Payment Follow-Ups &Tracking - Send timely payment reminders, maintain accurate tracking sheets,
coordinate with Finance for reconciliation, and ensure proactive follow-ups to minimize collection delays.
5. Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Maintain clear client communication, coordinate
with internal teams, support account managers with timely data, and help strengthen long-term key
account relationships.
