Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple workshop operations across Bangalore
- Ensure high vehicle uptime, quality repairs, and operational efficiency
- Drive productivity, cost control, and adherence to workshop SOPs
- Mentor and lead Workshop Managers, Service Advisors, and Technical teams
- Monitor KPIs, turnaround time (TAT), inventory, and service quality
- Coordinate with Operations and Fleet teams to ensure seamless vehicle availability
Requirements:
- 15–20 years of experience in automobile workshop operations or fleet maintenance
- Strong leadership and multi-workshop management experience
- Excellent knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and workshop processes
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence and team performance
Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
