Role:
Design, Development & Evaluation of Tyre and Wheels (Aluminum/Steel), Wheel Covers & Cap, Wheel Center
Responsibility:
Designing of Tyre, Wheel (Aluminum / Steel) & knowledge of layout check, load calculations. Functionality of TPMS system.
Should have basic knowledge of Homologation requirements for Tyre, Wheel and allied parts etc.
Need to have experience on design of construction matrix to achieve Vehicle performance, RRC improvement techniques and Tyre tuning.
Should be conversant with Homologation requirements for Suspension systems (India & EU) – like Tyres, TPMS systems etc
Competency Requirement:
Technical/Functional:
Will be part of team responsible for designing & development of Tyre and Wheels, Wheel Covers, Center cap.
Would work on basic part related specification requirements, design calculation, Layout of parts, tuning, New Regulations & local development & quality improvements of these parts.
Should have adequate knowledge of CAD system.
Basic understanding about Suspension system, design aspects & function
Ability to work hands on with Suspension system parts.
Should have a passion for automobiles and should be aware of latest automotive trends in field of Suspension system & wheel design technology
Educational Requirements:
BE/B Tech. Automobile / Mechanical Engg from a reputed Engg College
