We at Shree Vidhatte Interiors are looking for a responsible, proactive, and people-oriented HR Executive to independently manage day-to-day HR activities for a team of approximately 25–50 employees.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, HRMS, attendance and leave management, and employee grievance handling. The candidate should also have excellent communication and drafting skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from manpower requirement to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, consultants, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and management.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding.
Employee Management
- Handle HR-related concerns and queries raised by employees.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees.
- Address employee grievances professionally and escalate critical matters to management when required.
- Support employee engagement and maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Conduct employee joining and exit formalities.
- Maintain proper employee records and documentation.
HRMS & Attendance Management
- Manage day-to-day HRMS functions, including employee data, attendance, leave, and related records.
- Maintain and monitor attendance, late marks, leave records, and employee movement.
- Ensure timely and accurate updating of employee information in the HRMS.
- Generate HR reports and provide relevant updates to management.
HR Documentation & Communication
- Draft professional HR emails, notices, warning letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR communications.
- Maintain HR policies, SOPs, employee documentation, and personnel files.
- Ensure timely communication of company policies and HR-related announcements.
- Prepare regular HR reports for management review.
Performance & Employee Coordination
- Coordinate performance review and appraisal processes.
- Share employee performance-related concerns in coordination with department heads.
- Monitor probation periods and confirmation processes.
- Support management in implementing HR policies and disciplinary procedures.
Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Human Resources preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
- Experience handling HR operations for 25–80 employees will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and end-to-end employee lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS, attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong professional email drafting and documentation skills.
- Good interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to independently manage multiple HR responsibilities.
- Should be mature, confidential, organized, proactive, and approachable.
- Experience in interior design, construction, real estate, architecture, or similar industries will be an added advantage.
- Candidates residing in or conveniently located near Mumbai Suburbs will be preferred.
- Candidate should be comfortable and willing to work 6 days a week.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on skills, experience, and overall suitability.
The position offers an opportunity to take ownership of the HR function and work closely with the management and various departments in a growing residential interiors organization.

Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred
