Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain quality standards and achieve performance targets. .
Eligibility:
HSC with 6 month exp and Graduate fresher and Experience can also apply.
Shift & Benefits:

- 5 Days Working with 2 Rotational Week Offs
- Cab facility in odd hours.
- Fixed Salary: ₹22,150 per month
- Performance Incentives up to ₹7000 every month.
