Job description
A Quality Executive ensures products or services meet quality standards and regulatory requirements by developing QA methodologies, conducting audits, and monitoring processes. They analyze data, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement, often reporting to management. The role requires analytical skills, knowledge of QMS (ISO 9001/Six Sigma), and a bachelor's degree.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance & Control: Develop, implement, and maintain QA methodologies and standards. Conduct inspections to identify defects or deviations.
- Audit Management: Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and QMS.
- Process Improvement: Monitor production processes to identify potential quality improvements, cost reductions, or corrective actions.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation, including inspection reports and quality records. Generate reports on quality performance for management.
- Collaboration & Training: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues. Provide training to staff on quality standards and procedures.
