Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator with 2–3 years of experience to manage end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should ensure accurate payroll execution while maintaining employee records and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Manage salary structures, attendance, leave, reimbursements, incentives, and statutory deductions.
- Handle Full & Final (F&F) settlements and generate payslips.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and applicable labour laws.
- Maintain payroll records, employee master data, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance for payroll inputs and resolve employee payroll queries.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and issuance of employment-related documents.
- Prepare payroll reports and assist during audits and statutory compliance activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Payroll Administration and HR Operations.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS), and labour laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
