Job Description
We are looking for a Product Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business requirements and product development. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Customer Success, and stakeholders to analyse business needs, define product requirements, and support the delivery of scalable SaaS solutions.
The role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, documentation skills, and an understanding of product lifecycle management in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
Responsibilities:
Evaluation - the key function will be to derive insights from every source of fact, truth and create individual hypothesis
Analysis - to lead ongoing reviews of business processes and identify areas of optimization at every level of the organization
Implementing Solutions - responsible for translating business requirements into actionable solutions, overseeing the end-to-end implementation process, and driving successful outcomes through effective project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams. With constant monitoring of deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Leadership bridge - to maintain a high caliber of ownership, coordination and team building skills
A complete in depth documentation of every horizontal or vertical development within the Product & Process
Gathering feedback, insights and other critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Constant R&D for new products, tech to create automated solutions.
Ideal Candidate:
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate as a bridge across departments and even hierarchical levels.
A “thorough record-keeper” - with dynamic cognitive abilities to track-revisit-action every conversation, meeting, thought for constant insights generation.
Significant expertise in technical documentation with attention to detail at a granular level.
