We are looking for a compassionate and confident Parent Counseling & Therapy Coordinator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with parents of autistic and special-needs children, understanding their concerns, counseling them about therapy services, and helping them begin the therapy process at Satyarogya.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, empathy, patience, and preferably a background in Psychology, Counseling, Child Development, or Healthcare Coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and communicate with parents regarding therapy services
- Understand the child’s challenges and parent concerns
- Explain therapy programs including ABA Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, etc.
- Convince and guide parents to visit the center for consultation
- Coordinate appointments between parents and therapists
- Maintain follow-up records and parent communication data
- Build trust and maintain professional relationships with families
- Work closely with psychologists, therapists, and management team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Child Development, Healthcare, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Empathetic, patient, and emotionally mature personality
- Strong convincing and counseling abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling records, WhatsApp communication)
- Experience in counseling, telecalling, therapy coordination, or healthcare support is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Understanding of child therapy services
- Parent handling and counseling skills
- Follow-up and relationship management
