About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Instructor- Human Resource to join our team in Mavelikkara. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources practices and proven experience in training and development. This role involves designing and delivering HR-related training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Training Program Design: Develop and deliver HR training modules covering recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and workplace ethics.
- Employee Development: Conduct workshops and sessions to improve HR knowledge and soft skills among employees.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate induction programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
- Performance Evaluation: Assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Policy Awareness: Educate employees on HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR processes and career development.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to keep training programs relevant.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in HR training or related HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes including recruitment, performance management, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design engaging training content and deliver interactive sessions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
