Job Role
- Handle customer queries through calls/chat
- Provide accurate information and customer support
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Resolve customer concerns effectively
- Follow company process and quality standards
Eligibility
- HSC / Graduate can apply
- Freshers welcome
- Good English communication skills required
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Chat max pay is 25k
+ Incentives + OTs+ travelling allowance
(Based on experience, last drawn salary, company & process)
