Job Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of mould assembly and dismantling.
- Preventive maintenance of injection moulds.
- Breakdown mould repair within MTTR targets.
- Root cause analysis of mould breakdowns and implementation of corrective/preventive actions.
- Knowledge of hot runner systems.
- Flash correction of moulds.
- Continuous improvement activities.
- Updating mould history cards and maintenance records.
Required Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in mould maintenance and preventive maintenance.
- Good knowledge of hot runner systems and mould repair.
- Ability to coordinate with production, tool room, and external suppliers.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
