Position Requirements:
- The candidate should be Graduate
- The candidate should have at least 1 Year of experience as a Process Trainer in BPO
- TTT Certified ( If Possible )
- The candidate should have excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities (Summary):
- Conduct process training for new hires and existing employees
- Develop training materials and assessments
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback
- Collaborate with QA and Ops for continuous improvement
- Conducting Employee Engagement Activities
- Contribution to the overall organization's growth
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,088.58 - ₹45,303.63 per month
