Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable- US Logistics to join our finance team in Mohali. This role is critical to supporting timely and accurate vendor and carrier payments in a high-volume, fast-paced logistics environment. Night shift availability is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify high volumes of vendor/carrier invoices.
- Match invoices with BOLs, PODs, and rate agreements.
- Ensure timely payments and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and carriers.
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger and assist with audits.
- Work with ERP and logistics systems to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 year of AP- Logistics experience, preferably in logistics or transportation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP/TMS experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with freight billing and carrier documents is advantageous.
