- Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via WhatsApp and email
- Handle returns and exchange requests efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policies
- Provide detailed product information, recommendations, and usage guidance
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving
- Track and manage customer interactions using CRM or support tools
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, product team) to resolve issues
- Maintain updated knowledge of all products, policies, and ongoing promotions
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
