Growbro.ai is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive Intern who is passionate about content, social media, branding, and digital marketing. As a Social Media Intern, you will work closely with our marketing team to build Growbro.ai's online presence, create engaging content, and grow our community across multiple social media platforms.
This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management, content strategy, branding, and AI SaaS marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and assist in growing Growbro.ai's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
- Create captions, hashtags, and content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creative assets.
- Research trending topics, industry news, and viral content ideas.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages when required.
- Track content performance and prepare weekly social media reports.
- Assist in executing influencer collaborations, campaigns, and product launches.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform algorithms, and AI marketing tools.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns through social media.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Creativity and an eye for engaging content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business, Media, or a related field.
- Experience managing personal or college social media pages is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, or CapCut AI is an added advantage.
- Candidates with a portfolio, social media page, or sample content will be preferred.
