Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues efficiently.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future disruptions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling modules within SAP.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues in SAP environments.
- Ability to analyze system logs and identify root causes of software malfunctions.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP FI CO and other enterprise systems.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
