Job Description:
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales targets (New & Pre-Owned, if applicable).
- Plan and execute showroom and field sales strategies to improve footfalls and conversions.
- Monitor enquiry flow, booking, retail, delivery, and cancellation trends.
- Identify new business opportunities through corporate, exchange, finance, and referral channels.
- Ensure proper sales forecasting, pipeline management, and market coverage.
Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and supervise Sales Executives / Team Leaders.
- Set individual targets and review daily and monthly performance.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
