Sugar360, a brand of Zenvia Health Pvt. Ltd., is a connected diabetes care platform built for a country where most people with diabetes are either undiagnosed or diagnosed but poorly managed. We combine structured, doctor-led care with a connected app that keeps patients engaged between visits, not just during them, so managing the condition becomes a daily habit instead of an occasional consultation. We're an early-stage startup building this from the ground up.
About the role
We're looking for a Social Media & Content Creator intern to take ownership of our content end to end, from the first idea to the final published post. This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one, not a shadow-and-observe internship.
What you'll do
- Own content ideation and creation end to end: reels, short-form video, podcasts/audio content, and static creatives
- Script, shoot or direct, and edit content across the full production process, not just one part of it
- Create clear, accurate, patient-friendly educational content that simplifies diabetes care topics for a lay audience
- Coordinate with the clinical team to keep educational content medically accurate
- Own the content calendar and keep a consistent publishing cadence
- Drive organic growth: reach, followers, and engagement, without relying on paid promotion as the primary lever
- Track what's working, iterate on formats, and double down on what drives engagement
- Make smart use of AI tools across scripting, editing, and ideation
What we're looking for
- Genuine motivation and interest in content creation and health/wellness, more important to us than prior experience
- Passionate about working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where priorities shift quickly
- Eager to learn on the job and take ownership without needing constant hand-holding
- A portfolio, reel, or work samples that show you can take content from idea to finished product
- Working knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Bonus: experience recording or producing podcast-style audio/video content
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Shiliguri, West Bengal (Shiliguri, 734004, Darjeeling District)
