- Day to day rooms upkeep and housekeeping.Knowledge of the PMS related to occupancies and guest movements.
- Upkeep, appearance and cleaning of public areas and floor corridors as per the standards specified.
- Briefing of staff which will include checking of grooming, discussing hotel sale, occupancy, GSTS,VIP movements and special requirements.
- Discuss with attendants the performance of the previous day.
- Duty Rota: which will include managing day to day requirements of the department, individual requirements of the staff and long leaves
- Guest Laundry: Ensuring the maintenance of the laundry collection and delivery cycle, billing for guests, fully conversant with the billing system in the operating system, quality and time checks for the laundry
- Laundering of room and bath room linen: Auditing the quality of the linen and uniforms, ensuring maintenance of correct accounting of the linen exchange with the outsourced vendor
- Guest items lost and found: Maintain the register as per processes established for all sets of articles
- Send and follow up on furniture and other similar items sent for repair/rectification/re-upholstering
- Constantly update his/her self on regular customer preferences, technical knowledge and skills. In addition, to also help new colleagues in climbing the learning curves quickly.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
