Job Description
Alt Life Luxe Himalayan Crown is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas to the highest cleanliness standards while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms as per hotel standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish room amenities.
- Clean bathrooms, balconies, corridors, and public areas.
- Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and guest requests.
- Ensure rooms are ready before guest arrivals.
- Follow housekeeping checklists and SOPs.
- Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping stores and equipment.
- Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status updates.
- Handle guest requests professionally and promptly.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, hostel, or guest house preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude may also apply.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of housekeeping experience.
- Knowledge of hotel cleaning standards and hygiene practices.
- Basic communication skills.
Work Schedule
- 9-hour duty shift including meal breaks.
- Rotational weekly off.
Accommodation
Shared staff accommodation and meals will be provided by the company.
