We are pleased to announce that Karaikudi kidney and Specialty Hospital is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the hospital, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate with medical, administrative, and support staff to optimize workflows.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other hospital staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage budgets and resources to achieve operations goals
- Handling the revenue of the hospital.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for operational expenses.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote healthcare services.
- Organize community outreach programs, health camps, and patient engagement initiatives.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance hospital services.
- Experience in handling NABH, JCI, or similar accreditation processes.
- Implement patient retention and loyalty programs
- Knowledge of hospital/clinic operations and regulatory requirements.
- Education: UG or PG
Experience: 2years+
Work Time: 9am to 7pm (Mon to Sat)
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
