About the Role
Are you a hands-on supervisor who knows how to keep warehouse operations running like clockwork? India’s leading commercial vehicle genuine parts warehouse is looking for an energetic and organized Despatch Supervisor.
You will be the vital link ensuring that our genuine spare parts are accurately packed, verified, and dispatched to our clients across the nation without delay.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily packing, loading, and dispatch of commercial vehicle spare parts.
- Industry Preference: Candidates from the Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transport industry are highly preferred.
- Cross-check orders against delivery challans and invoices to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Coordinate with transport drivers, local couriers, and fleet operators for timely vehicle placement.
- Manage and motivate floor staff, loaders, and packers to maintain a productive work environment.
- Maintain clean and organized dispatch bays and keep tracking logs updated.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Supervisor in a warehouse, logistics hub, or transport agency.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to handle on-ground staff smoothly.
- Quick decision-making skills to tackle daily transport and delivery challenges.
- Basic knowledge of paper documentation (LR, Waybills, Invoices) and basic computer entries.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Starting at ₹16,000/- to 20,000/- per month (No constraint for the right aspirant—talent and experience will be rewarded!)
