Sathi Planners Private Limited is looking for an experienced and professional Front Desk Receptionist to manage front office operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients and should possess strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, or guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Manage appointments, meetings, and front desk coordination
- Maintain visitor records, logs, and necessary documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
- Handle basic administrative tasks and support office management
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in front desk/reception (hotel, hospital, clinic, or corporate office)
- Freshers are not eligible
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email handling)
- Presentable personality with a professional and customer-friendly attitude
