We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can drive measurable results through strategic digital advertising campaigns and contribute to the growth of both TapGro and our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL (Cost Per Lead) and maximizing campaign performance.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure optimum ROI/ROAS.
- Conduct audience research and identify the most relevant target segments for different campaigns.
- Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and campaign funnels.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, CPA, and ROAS.
- Handle and optimize digital marketing campaigns for TapGro's own business growth as well as for client accounts.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and lead generation requirements.
- Ensure delivery of quality leads and campaign performance as per client expectations.
- Analyze campaign data and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Implement retargeting, remarketing, and audience segmentation strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of Performance Marketing and Lead Generation.
- Experience in handling B2B marketing campaigns.
- Good knowledge of audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
- Ability to manage and optimize CPL and lead quality.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, Software, IT Services, Digital Marketing, or Lead Generation Industry.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Understanding of CRM systems and lead management processes.
