Saleshandy is a bootstrapped B2B SaaS company at ~$5M ARR, moving toward $10M ARR.
We are hiring a Head of Outbound Sales to own and scale our entire outbound revenue engine.
This role is 100% focused on outbound-led new revenue generation.
Role Summary
You will own the end-to-end outbound sales engine — from strategy to execution, pipeline creation to revenue conversion.
This is not just a management role. You are directly accountable for building a predictable outbound revenue system.
What You Will Own
1. Outbound Revenue Ownership
- Own monthly and quarterly outbound-driven new revenue targets
- Ensure consistent outbound pipeline generation
- Deliver predictable revenue forecasting from outbound motion
2. Outbound System Building
- Build and refine outbound sales playbooks (ICP, messaging, sequencing, positioning)
- Define target account strategy and segmentation
- Continuously improve outbound funnel conversion rates
- Build scalable outbound processes that can run with consistency
3. Team Leadership (Outbound Team)
- Lead and manage a team of 10–15 outbound SDRs / AEs
- Set clear expectations for outreach, pipeline creation, and conversions
- Review performance daily/weekly
- Coach team on outbound messaging, objections, and closing
- Take action on underperformance when needed
4. Pipeline & Forecasting
- Maintain a healthy outbound pipeline at all times
- Ensure strict CRM discipline across the team
- Build accurate outbound-driven forecasting models
- Identify funnel leaks and fix them fast
5. Execution Discipline
- Ensure strong follow-up discipline across all outbound leads
- Track and improve key outbound conversion metrics: * Lead → Reply
- Reply → Meeting
- Meeting → Opportunity
- Opportunity → Close
- Eliminate drop-offs in outbound funnel execution
First 15 Days
- Understand Saleshandy product, ICP, and current outbound motion
- Deep-dive audit of outbound funnel performance
- Review pipeline quality, team output, and conversion metrics
- Identify key leakage points in outbound execution
- Align team on expectations, targets, and outbound discipline
After 15 Days
- Start improving outbound pipeline consistency and predictability
- Drive measurable improvements in outbound conversion rates
- Bring structure and discipline to forecasting and CRM hygiene
- Fix key bottlenecks in outbound funnel execution
- Begin lifting overall team performance through coaching and accountability
- Establish early signs of predictable outbound revenue system
Skills & Experience Required
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales with strong outbound experience
- Proven experience building/scaling outbound sales engines
- Experience managing 10–15 member sales/SDR/AE teams
- Strong track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals ($100K–$500K+)
- Strong understanding of outbound metrics, pipeline, and forecasting
- Ability to diagnose and fix outbound funnel issues
- Strong ownership mindset and execution discipline
